We guarantee each and every Frontline Faith player we send. Occasionally, however, we discover a player that doesn’t operate the way it should.

If you have received a malfunctioning player, or if you have a player that just stopped working, we want to know about it. We will replace it for you.

If you are stationed at a base in the United States, please mail the player to us with your name and address.
